Terms of Service
These terms apply to application analytics services offered by platformforautomation at 2730-9, Daemyeong 6(yuk)-dong, Nam-gu, Daegu, Korea.
Agreement
By requesting an engagement, paying an invoice, or attending a session, you agree to these terms. Work is advisory and educational regarding application analytics. We do not sell hosted analytics software, process payments on this site, or operate your product accounts without a separate written agreement.
Services
Offerings include signal inventories, path and retention mapping, metrics alignment sessions, release analytics companions, and related materials described on this site. Scope, dates, and fees are confirmed in writing before work begins. Website prices are informational only.
Eligibility & conduct
You confirm you are legally able to enter this agreement in your jurisdiction. Sessions and review calls require respectful participation. We may end an engagement if confidential client materials are shared without permission or if sessions are repeatedly disrupted; fees already earned for delivered work remain due.
No outcome promises
Clearer instrumentation and metric ownership do not guarantee user growth, revenue, or retention lift. Examples used in sessions are teaching tools, not forecasts. You remain responsible for product and engineering decisions.
Intellectual property
Templates, dictionaries we author, slides, and recordings remain our property unless otherwise stated in writing. You receive a licence to use deliverables internally for your organisation. Redistribution or resale of materials is not allowed without written consent.
Scheduling
Live dates are stated on the engagement confirmation. We may reschedule for illness or venue issues and will offer an alternate date or a refund per the Refund Policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law in the Republic of Korea, our liability for any claim related to an engagement is limited to fees you paid for the specific unfinished portion of that engagement. We are not liable for lost profits, opportunity costs, or indirect damages.
